Project Scope:  This project includes the construction of a new three-storey middle-secondary school plus a Neighbourhood Learning Centre to accommodate students in grades 6 to 12. It will be constructed to LEED Gold equivalent standards with an additional 50% greenhouse gas reduction and support 21st-century learning. The project includes significant site work including the clearing and grubbing of the entire site, a large amount of cut and imported fill, numerous retaining walls, and erosion and sediment control. A playfield, parking and circulation roadway through the site will also be required.

Estimated Project Value:  $159.96 million
