Project Scope: This project includes the seismic replacement and expansion that will create 345 seismically safe seats and 425 new seats in the district, for a total capacity of 770 student seats. The project will also include a new neighbourhood learning centre that will offer before and after school care. This will give parents greater convenience with one pickup and dropoff location at the school.

Estimated Project Value: $67.6 million
