Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a new two-story elementary school to accommodate 430 students (80K/350 Elem) in Kindergarten to grade 5. It will have a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) with childcare spaces. The new school will be built on a site owned by the District. The site was provided to the District by the local developer, Wesbild Holdings Ltd, at no cost.
