Project Scope: This project includes the seismic upgrade of Cavell Elementary, located in Vancouver’s South Cambie neighbourhood. Originally built in 1920, Cavell Elementary is at high risk of sustaining damage in the event of a significant earthquake. Included within the scope of the project is the retention of the original heritage structure of the facility.
