Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a three-story addition that will provide 500 new student spaces for grades 8-12 students. This large addition, aiming to welcome students by Fall 2027, increases the school’s capacity to 1700 students and includes a Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) for new childcare spaces. The new school will be built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards with an additional GHG reduction of at least 50%.
