School District 38 - Prefabricated Classroom Additions (Multiple Locations)

Project Status: Design Development/Construction

City/Town:  Richmond

Project Scope: The use of prefabricated materials means students will get modern learning environments, which include multiple classrooms and corridors, that are built quickly. Additions are currently underway at several schools in the Richmond School District, including:

  • Samuel Brighouse Elementary
  • William Cook Elementary 
  • R.C. Talmey Elementary Schools 

Once completed, these projects will add a combined 17 classrooms to these schools.
