School District 73 - Sníne Elementary School

Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a new elementary school in the Pineview Valley neighbourhood. The new school will be constructed using mass timber elements and will include greenhouse gas reduction measures that will set the building’s emissions at least 50% lower than the current LEED Gold standards. The new school will also include a Neighbourhood Learning Centre, which will be used to provide child care and Indigenous Learning space.  

Estimated Project Value:  $65.3 million
