Project Scope: This project includes the construction of a new 480-seat elementary school in the Latoria neighbourhood in Langford, The elementary school will feature a neighbourhood learning center (NLC) with child care space and community programs, elevators and gender-neutral washrooms.  The school will be built with using Mass Timber construction with an environmentally friendly design, focusing on reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Estimated Project Value: $40.6 million
