Certificate or Official Document
Official documentation is either a Canadian Forces (CF) Certificate of Military Achievement or a CF 377 Course Report for the Basic Military Qualification (BMQ) course. These documents are written in both English and French and contain the student’s name, date of course completion and authorizing signatures. Having the Certificate of Military Achievement signifies that the student “passed” the course. For the CF 377 Course Report, the form must specify that the student “passed” the course.
