Certificate or Official Document
The National Certification card is a wallet-sized card with the Canadian Red Cross logo and title that identifies the name of the recipient, the course certification, the recipient’s ID number, the issue date of card, the expiry date of the certification, and the name of the course instructor. The courses and the teaching experience are evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
Students seeking credit for Canadian Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, or First Aid and CPR Instructor certifications are required to present documentation as proof of successfully completing the required program. This National Certificate is administered and issued by the Canadian Red Cross Society.
