Lifesaving Society (BC & Yukon)

Students seeking credits for Bronze Cross and National Lifeguard Service (Core and Pool option) and Lifesaving Instructor certificate programs are required to present documentation as proof of successfully completing the required programs. Certificates are administered and issued by the BC-Yukon Branch of the Lifesaving Society.

Certificate or Official Document

Certification for the Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard Service and Lifesaving Instructor is a wallet-sized card that includes the Lifesaving Society logo, student’s name, course completed, branch location and certification dates. All exams and assessments are on a pass/fail basis and the Lifesaving Society keeps records.
