Certificate or Official Document

Certification for the Occupational First Aid Level II and Level III is a wallet-sized certificate with the recipient’s name, certificate number, WorkSafeBC Logo and the signature of the instructor or evaluator. Students seeking credits for certificate programs for WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level II and III are required to present documentation as proof of successful completion.
