Manufacturers with an on-site store endorsement are now permitted to sell packaged liquor almost anywhere on the manufacturing site. However, packaged liquor sales must still be attributed to the on-site store endorsement no matter where they occur.
Packaged liquor sales are not permitted in picnic consumption-only areas or in co-located businesses, other than a food-primary or liquor-primary establishment that is held by the same licensee.
Drive-through type sales remain prohibited, including sales in or next to driveways, thoroughfares, roadways, and parking lots.
Packaged liquor sold from the on-site store cannot be consumed at the manufacturer site except in a picnic area.
Packaged liquor sales from an off-site storage facility remain prohibited, but delivery from off-site storage is temporarily permitted.

An example of a mobile point of sale would be a patron purchasing a product while on a guided tour. The product could be available for delivery or pick-up from the store at the patron’s convenience.
Manufacturers with an on-site store endorsement don’t need to apply for this change to take effect.
