Education: Patricia earned her bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of British Columbia and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Washington.
Work experience: Patricia has been a hospital-based clinical pharmacist for over ten years in the areas of general medicine, cardiology, respirology, surgery, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, pediatrics, intensive care, and emergency medicine. She is also a clinical instructor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia.
Academic detailing experience: Patricia has been an academic detailing pharmacist for the BC PAD service since March 2010. She has completed the Basic and Advanced Academic Detailing training.
Other: In her leisure time, Patricia enjoys yoga, skiing, travelling and reading.
