Kerri joined the BCGS in 2022 as a senior Geoscience Assistant researching critical minerals before transitioning into her current role as Mineral Inventory Specialist. Kerri started her career in the oilfields then moved to undertaking research in marine geology and working in mineral exploration, and corporate management. For her M.Sc. degree, Kerri studied patterns, processes, and geochemical exchanges in hydrothermal systems along the margins of the Easter microplate. Kerri is responsible for leading the operation and administration of MINFILE, and providing mineral resource advisory services to support mineral exploration, mining, and land use planning.
