Virtual counter

Last updated on July 8, 2024

Book an appointment to speak directly with a court registry employee for assistance with court related matters by video or phone!

Virtual Counter staff can help with topics such as:

  • General inquiries about Supreme or Provincial court in B.C.
  • Assistance with court processes
  • Questions about both civil and criminal matters
  • Provide access to resources and court forms

Please note:

Not all regions offer the same services or include all levels of court. If you’re unclear on the region your court registry is in, please visit the following site:  https://courtsofbc.ca/court-location.

While court registry staff will try to answer your questions about court processes, they cannot help you complete your forms or give legal advice. In those instances, please contact a lawyer or legal professional. Court registry staff are happy to provide information on free or low-cost legal services that may be of assistance.
