Trevor Shaw
Head of the BC Prosecution Service
Assistant Deputy Attorney General

Trevor Shaw was appointed Head of the BC Prosecution Service and Assistant Deputy Attorney General on April 10, 2025.

With almost 20 years at the Ministry of Attorney General, Trevor brings to this position extensive trial, appellate and, starting in 2013, leadership experience. From 2017 to 2024, he was Director, Criminal Appeals and Special Prosecutions.
