BC Public Service administrative coordinators provide secretarial and administrative support services within ministers' offices.

This position provides administrative and clerical support and issues coordination.

The administrative coordinator works independently and demonstrates significant initiative in applying procedures within established policies and guidelines. They are responsible for activities such as managing expenses and invoices, records management, training and supervising administrative staff and other related tasks.

Note: Salary for administrative coordinators is administered per their BCGEU bargaining unit counterparts.
