Foundation Skills Assessment Samples

Sample questions and scoring guides are provided to teachers and students for review.

The online questions contain 30 literacy and 30 numeracy questions and two self-reflection questions.  The Student Response Booklet contains: a choice of literacy themes, three literacy written response questions, three numeracy written response questions and a self-reflection question.
