The Employment Standards Portal is a platform for information related to Employment Standards complaints and licensing cases.
If you've received an email invitation to the Portal, you can log in to view your active cases, send and receive messages, and share important documents with Employment Standards.
Launch Employment Standards Portal (requires login)
When your complaint or licence application case is assigned to an officer to process, Employment Standards will set up your case in the Portal. Due to the high volume of some types of cases, it may be a few months before you receive an invitation to the Employment Standards Portal.
When your case is ready in the Portal, you will receive an email from Employment Standards inviting you to set up your Portal account.
Click the Choose a password button in the invitation email to begin setting up your account.
Follow the instructions on the page to create and confirm your password.
Click Change Password to finish setting up your account. You will be redirected to the Employment Standards Portal home page.
