The templates below are provided to help you write your food safety plan and sanitation plan for your food processing facility. If you decide to use these templates, please refer to the Food Safety Plan Workbook and Sanitation Plan Workbook for easy-to-follow guidance on how to complete them.

Once completed, your food safety plan and sanitation plan must be submitted to your local health authority for approval.
