If your immunization record is incomplete or you got immunized outside B.C., update your records in the Provincial Immunization Registry.
Immunization records (sometimes called vaccination records) provide a history of the vaccines you or your child have received. Keeping you and your family's immunization records up to date is important. You may need these records for certain jobs, travel or school registration.
You can add or update a record to the B.C. Provincial Immunization Registry (PIR) if you are a B.C. resident. You can view your vaccination records in Health Gateway.
I got immunized outside B.C.
If you received immunizations outside B.C., you should add them to the PIR as soon as possible. You can submit multiple records at the same time.
Once your records are updated, you will be able to access your vaccination records through Health Gateway.
My immunization record is incorrect
If your immunization history in Health Gateway is incorrect, you can update your records in the PIR or contact the site where you received care to request an update.
It may take 10 to 14 days for the updated information to appear in Health Gateway.

If you are currently employed or contracted by a health authority, you will be asked to ensure your immune status record is up to date. In most cases, your immune status is already recorded. If you need to update your current employment immunization, upload your records to the PIR.
