Owners must reside in a district for at least 12 months before they can register their equipment.
An equipment owner cannot register the same piece of equipment in multiple districts.

Dump Trucks
Call-out lists are maintained for specific areas. Depending on the availability of locally registered dump trucks, the Primary list consists of a minimum of 10 trucks. If a sufficient number of locally registered dump trucks are available, the Secondary list will contain the same number of trucks as the Primary list.
- Primary
Owners may register a maximum of one dump truck on the Primary list.
- Secondary
Owners may register a maximum of one dump truck on the Secondary list.
- Open
Owners may register additional dump trucks on the Open list.
Other Equipment
Call-out lists are maintained for specific areas for each category of equipment. There is a minimum of 5 pieces of locally registered equipment on the Primary list, except where there are fewer than 5 units available locally.
- Primary
Owners may register a maximum of one piece of equipment on the Primary list for each category.
- Open
Owners may register additional equipment on the Open list for each category.
