Low Carbon Fuels Act

The Low Carbon Fuels Branch hosted information sessions to provide interested parties with clarity regarding the changes that would come into force on January 1, 2024. These sessions were held online on Tuesday, November 7^th, 2023 10am Pacific Standard Time, Thursday, November 9^th, 2023 10am Pacific Standard Time, and Tuesday, November 21^st, 2023 10am Pacific Standard Time.

The sessions included a presentation from the Ministry followed by a question and answer (Q&A) session.

Low Carbon Fuel Standard Portal

The Low Carbon Fuels Branch hosted information sessions to provide interested parties with clarity regarding the use of the new Low Carbon Fuel Standard Portal which launched in January 2025. These sessions were held online on Thursday, February 13^th, 2025 1pm Pacific Standard Time and Wednesday, February 26^th, 2025 1pm Pacific Standard Time.

The sessions included a presentation from the Ministry which included demonstrations of the Portal and provided opportunities for questions from participants on Portal usage.
