For mineral titles clients a Title Overlap Report (TOR) is automatically generated when you acquire a new tenure. If you have a claim for which you do not have a TOR, you can logon to Mineral Titles Online and request a TOR. The PDF report posted to your bulletin board will contain a listing of any First Nations interests that intersect with your tenure boundary. The listing of First Nations contacts is from the government CAD (Consultative Areas Database) dataset. These are the First Nations you should be engaging with.
