Before bringing anything to the institution, please check with the correctional centre. Some common examples of items visitors think they can bring into the correctional centre include cell phones, cigarettes, food and money. You cannot carry any of these items – and many others – when you enter the correctional facility. If you have any doubt, check with the correctional centre before you visit or when you arrive.
For contact information see B.C. Corrections website or Corrections Services Canada website.
