How do I enrol in BC Family Maintenance Agency (BCFMA)?

You can enrol in BCFMA through the following options:

Enrol online at Submitting Enrolment Application – BCFMA
Request an enrollment package by contacting BCFMA at 1-866-557-2427
Download the enrollment package from the BCFMA website.
Pick up in person from a:
- Provincial courthouse
- ServiceBC location

Enrolment time may vary based on the information provided. Once your enrolment is complete, BCFMA will send you a Notice of Filing stating that your case is now enrolled with the Agency.
