Wildfire Contract Opportunities

The Province regularly calls on the services of contractors, in addition to its own personnel, to support the delivery of cost effective and efficient wildfire management in British Columbia.

Generally, wildfire response opportunities are posted on BC Bid between November and March, with contracts starting April 1 each year.

BC Bid Portal is an online marketplace that advertises opportunities for a wide range of goods and services and other opportunities are listed. BC Bid is the British Columbia equivalent of Merx.ca.

It is recommended that you sign up for automatic notifications on BC Bid so that you are kept up to date throughout the year. Supplier Guides, Supplier Information and a Help Desk are available on the BC Bid Portal for any questions.
