Your tax return and payment must be received or postmarked on or before the due date.
If the due date falls on a weekend or a B.C. statutory holiday, your return and payment are due on the next business day.
If you don't file and pay your taxes by the due date, your account will become overdue.
If you make a voluntary disclosure that you owe tax, and meet certain conditions, the penalties for late or incomplete tax payments, or for not filing a return, may be waived.
