Your stumpage and export fees are included on your Billing Notice, which is issued after your invoice is sent. Your balance is due and payable immediately. If your payment isn't received in full, your account will become overdue.
Note: Export fees that relate to the interior zone of the province are not included on Billing Notices.

Credit card payments aren't accepted.
When you make a payment, ensure you clearly identify where you want the funds applied so we can easily process your payment.

To pay online you must enrol for access to your stumpage or export fees account. You need to enrol for a separate eTaxBC account for your stumpage or export fees even if you already have an eTaxBC account for taxes you pay (e.g. PST).

You can find your reference number and your account number on the bottom part of your Statement of Account.
Once you have an account, you can logon to eTaxBC to pay.

Most banks and financial institutions offer bill payment services for their clients. Bill payment services can generally be accessed through your online banking account, an automated teller machine (ATM), telephone banking or in person with a teller.

To pay at a Service BC office, you need to bring your Statement of Account and/or Billing Notice. These documents have important account information needed to complete your payment, including your account number (e.g. CLM-XXXX-XXXX).
Important: You cannot make a payment in person using the invoice issued by the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations because it doesn’t have all your account information. Be sure to bring your Statement of Account and/or Billing Notice when going to pay in person.
