Revenue Services of BC at the Ministry of Finance manages invoices and payment processing on behalf of BC Emergency Health Services. Ambulance services are managed by BC Emergency Health Services.
Ambulance invoices are generally issued 6 to 9 months following the incident that required the ambulance, depending on whether you reside in or outside British Columbia or outside Canada.

Please be aware that receipts are not automatically generated. If you require a receipt, kindly request one during your phone conversation with us.

Provincial court fines are administered by the Courthouse Services Branch. Court fines that are not motor vehicle related are sent to Revenue Services of BC at the Ministry of Finance for collection when they are at least 30 days past their due date.

The Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction manages employment and income assistance programs. Sometimes overpayments need to be repaid. Overpayments not repaid within 90 days are sent to Revenue Services of BC at the Ministry of Finance for collection.

Fair PharmaCare’s Monthly Deductible Payment Option allows families to pay their deductible over the course of the year and receive PharmaCare assistance right away. Residential property owners in designated taxable areas must declare every year for the speculation and vacancy tax, even if there is no change to your information. You must complete your declaration by March 31. If you do not declare, you'll be charged speculation and vacancy tax.
If you have not declared yet, you may just need to declare to reverse a speculation and vacancy tax debt, but you may still have to pay a penalty.

Provincial student loans are managed by the Ministry of Finance's StudentAid BC office. Provincial student loans that are 270 days overdue are collected by Revenue Services of BC (RSBC) at the Ministry of Finance.

Remember to write your account number on your payment so your account can be easily identified when your payment is processed.
You can pay in Canadian funds by cheque, bank draft or money order made payable to the Minister of Finance. Do not send cash. Write your account number from your invoice on your payment and send it to the address indicated on your invoice, Statement of Account or Notice of Assessment.
Important: Send your payment at least eight days before the due date if you’re sending it through Canada Post.
You can mail post-dated cheques. However, you will receive an invoice if the cheque is processed after the invoice date. You will also receive an invoice if the cheque amount is less than the minimum amount due.
Post-dated cheques on file will be applied to your account on the date of the cheque or the first business day following this date. If a post-dated cheque has not been applied to your account within five days of the date on the cheque, please contact us.
To cancel a post-dated cheque, contact us at least 5 days before the date on the cheque.
