The Captcha page on the BC Bid Public Portal details how the Captcha functions.

Within the BC Bid Public Portal there is browser check functionality that runs in the background on certain pages.

This message will briefly display while the browser check is occurring.

The browser check applies to the following pages:

Opportunities
Contract Awards
Unverified Bid Results

The first time you access a page with Captcha verification it will check your browser. Each subsequent time within the session, the Captcha will retain the validation.

If it fails for any reason, please contact the BC Bid Help Desk for assistance.
