• Assess fraud referrals within income assistance programs
• Conduct investigations to gathering information or evidence on cases where the amount of the fraud or other factors determines that prosecution is not warranted or cost-effective
• Take fraud repayment agreements
• Gather evidence and prepare cases and documents for Small Claims Court actions to recover of ministry funds
