Commercial transport inspector (training placement)
Last updated on February 24, 2025This position is a training placement to become a BC Public Service commercial transport inspector who will monitor roadways, operate vehicle inspection stations (permanent or stationary, portable, mobile) and conduct mechanical and safety checks on commercial vehicles.
They enforce provisions of a number of acts and regulations and will issue warnings and prosecution notices and may delay or detain drivers.
