Equity Internship
Last updated on March 5, 2025The Equity Internship is a 12-month program to provide BIPOC and/or 2SLGBTQ+ people with public service work experience.
This unique program provides learning, leadership skill development, coaching and mentorship throughout the internship.
On completion of the Equity Internship, program participants will have increased knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that could lead to further employment opportunities in the provincial government.
