Work-Able Internship Program
Last updated on March 5, 2025Work-Able is a 12-month BC Public Service paid work experience program for recent post-secondary graduates with disabilities.
This unique program provides learning, coaching and mentorship throughout the internship.
When you complete the Work-Able internship, you will have increased knowledge, skills, abilities and experience that may lead to employment opportunities in the provincial government. You will receive access to internal BC Public Service job postings for 12 months after successfully completing the internship.
