Personal information collection notice

The Province does not collect, use or disclose personal information through the Organics Info application. However, please be aware that IP addresses are collected by Organics Info. Should you have any questions about the collection of your IP address, please email Data@gov.bc.ca or by mail at PO BOX 9864 STN Prov Gov't, Victoria B.C. V8W 9T5.

Interpretations and limitations

Organics Info shows public data on land application in B.C. and authorizations for compost facilities. The application promotes transparency and offers public access to information on regulated activities.

Limitations

• Only existing permits, approvals, or operational certificates and applications for amendments are displayed
• New applications for permits, approvals or operational certificates are not displayed

Organics Info and associated materials, are owned or used under license by the Province of British Columbia (“Province”) and are protected by copyright and trade-mark laws. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, the materials are provided to you for informational purposes only in connection with your use of the Organics Info website.
