Category Overview 

The Compliance and Debt Management category provides information about the process for referring cases to the Prevention and Loss Management Services Branch (PLMS) for review or investigation, and about the PLMS Compliance Review process. PLMS is dedicated to maintaining BCEA program integrity by reviewing and updating client information in order to confirm current or past eligibility for assistance. This category also provides information on overpayments and the recovery of client debts.
