Active Land Use Planning Projects

The B.C. government has initiated several new projects as part of its commitment to modernize land use planning.

Please visit the Provincial Land Use Planning Engagement Platform to learn more about active land use planning projects in British Columbia. This site allows users to access project information and supporting documents, reports and analyses, and submit comments to project planning teams of active land use planning projects.

The B.C. government continues to advance government-to-government discussions with First Nations throughout the province on land use planning issues and interests. New projects will be added to the site once an agreement has been reached between the B.C. government and partner First Nation(s) to pursue a land use planning project.
