It’s important to ensure the French-speaking juror list is updated, so that French-language jury trials can be provided when directed by the Court.
French-speaking British Columbians can request that their name is entered in the database used for summoning individuals for French-speaking trials. The information you provide will be kept confidential.
You must respond to a jury summons - even if you feel you are not qualified or need an exemption. You can respond by mail or online. Find out how.
