The Ministry of Attorney General hires articled students every year, one year ahead of the start date of their articles. Students work with the Legal Services Branch or the BC Prosecution Service and can also work with other branches during articles.
Under the guidance of legal counsel, students work on files in many areas of law including constitutional, civil litigation, environmental, Indigenous, criminal and human rights. Our students benefit from outstanding mentorship, supportive colleagues, engaging learning opportunities, and competitive pay and benefits.
