The ESS registration form (PDF) has been updated this month. And the Claim for Shelter Allowance form (PDF) was updated in July It replaces the Billeting form.

A Fraud Awareness Presentation has been added to the ESS responders resource page under Team Resources. It's intended to be delivered by Emergency Program Coordinators and ESS Directors.
New ESS/ERA portal page
Based on feedback from community engagement this fall we have heard the need for clearer language regarding the creation of an ERA profile with the BC Services Card App and information on accessing insurance. We are pleased to share a re-designed landing page for ess.gov.bc.ca
This page still includes access to the Responder and Supplier Portal’s and will include a Change Log to review future upgrades or big fixes with the ERA tool.
