Site Remediation Services (SRS) web app

The SRS web app - launched in 2023 - is designed to provide a more streamlined approach to the application process. It is still in beta (under development) while our team continues to work on improving its features. At this time, you can use it to submit a:

  • Contaminated site services application
  • Detailed ecological risk assessment checklist package
  • Notification of independent remediation package
  • Notification of likely or actual migration package
  • Site disclosure statement
  • Site information request application
  • Site risk classification report
  • Summary of site condition

You can continue to complete the forms online, save a PDF copy and apply by email for all site remediation forms and those not in the app. More forms will be made available in the SRS web app soon.  

Once you log in, you can:

  • Track the status of your application submissions
  • Have your application checked in real time to make sure you are not missing anything
  • Start an application then save it and finish later

Submit an application

  1. Check the requirements for the contaminated site remediation service you're applying for
  2. Log in to the SRS web app with your BCeID or BC Services Card app to start your application. If you do not have a BCeID or BC Services Card account, please create one
  3. Complete and submit your application through the SRS Web app
  4. Email supporting documents for applications to the client information officer, referencing your application number in the email subject line: csp_Cio@victoria1.gov.bc.ca

Using the SRS web app in the future

The team continues to add new features and functions to the web app. Here are some examples of things you'll be able to do in the future:

  • Upload supporting documents with your completed application
  • Complete a site registry search using the site information request process
  • Request site registry searches and reports
  • Request custom site registry searches
  • Obtain copies of documents referenced in the site registry
