A caregiver is a person who provides support and care to family or friends of any age who are physically or mentally challenged, chronically ill, or frail.

Caregiving is a complex role with a unique set of responsibilities.  These responsibilities can change over time as the care needs of the person change.

These pages provide a range of resources that offer practical assistance as well as personal supports for caregivers.
