Contracts over $10,000

Ministries provide a quarterly summary of contracts they had with vendors that:

• Were over $10,000, or
• Had an amended contract value of $10,000 or more, or
• Have a contract value that was increased by $10,000 or more

Summaries include the following details about each contract:

• Reporting period
• Start date and end date of the contract
• Contract number
• Ministry and office, division or branch
• Legal name of the contractor
• Description of work or accounting code. Contracts are only reported for:
  • Professional services - advisory, operational or regulator (accounting codes: STOB 60 and 61)
  • Information systems - operating (accounting code: STOB 63)
  • Shared cost arrangements (accounting code: STOB 80)
• Initial contract value
• Current amendment value (where applicable)
• Amended contract value (where applicable)
• Detailed description
• Procurement process

Content may be withheld in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Summaries of ministry contracts over $10,000 are published 60 calendar days after the end of each quarter. Quarters end June 30, September 30, December 31 and March 31.
