| What is the purpose of this Schedule? |
The purpose of Schedule K is to outline the governance channels, processes and procedures for the effective implementation and management, both strategically and operationally, of the TSMA, in a timely manner that maximizes performance and contract success for the GPS group and TELUS. It provides a logical, robust management framework within which governance decisions are made. It is a structured approach to conducting business jointly, between the parties of the contract,and it outlines which organizational roles should be represented on which governance committees. |

Who develops the supporting documents required to update the Schedule? |
It is not contemplated that there will be additions to this schedule when onboarding a new service. |

| When is this particular schedule used? | This may be used as a reference guide when implementing a project under the TSMA but is primarily used in the everyday operational aspects of contract management. |
| Tips: | If a new service tower is brought in, it is possible to modify the governance structure (levels 3 and 4) for that particular service. |
