Ostomy Supplies PINS

The Ostomy Supplies PINs lists the Product Identification Numbers (PINs) of ostomy supplies eligible for coverage for patients who have undergone ostomy surgery. Actual coverage is subject to the rules of the patient's PharmaCare plan, including any annual deductible requirement.

Note: PharmaCare does not cover ostomy supplies under the First Nations Health Benefits (Plan W). Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) covers ostomy supplies for First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) clients.
