All dispute resolution hearings are recorded by the Residential Tenancy Branch (RTB). The recordings are used for quality assurance and training purposes. You can request the recording from your hearing.
If a party to a hearing would like to request a recording, they can follow the following steps:
RTB reviews and responds to all requests. Recordings will only be provided when the dispute resolution proceeding is complete.
Recordings are not required for review consideration, clarification or correction applications. Do not request a recording for this purpose.
