Explosives Magazine Storage and Use

Mine managers seeking to build, maintain or modify a magazine must first receive approval for an Explosives Magazine Storage and Use Permit. A magazine is defined as a building, storehouse or structure where explosive materials are kept or stored, but does not include containers used for transporting explosives or day storage boxes.
