How to file court documents in the event of a work disruption at Canada Post:
Court Services Online (CSO)
Court registries allow electronic filing of documents for most Supreme Court civil and Provincial small claims documents for a fee through CSO. To e-file with CSO, a client must have a registered account with CSO and accept the user agreement. Also, a client must have either a Basic or Business BCeID account with a registered credit card or BC Registries and Online Services account.

Fax Filing
Fourteen court registries currently accept filings by fax for most Supreme and Provincial Court civil case documents. Court registries hours of operation to file in person are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Some of the smaller locations may operate with reduced days/hours.
Courier
You may hire the services of a private courier. If you require the documents to be filed the day the documents are delivered to the court registry, please call the court registry prior to using this service to confirm the documents will be filed the same day as delivery.
Registry Filing Agent
Registry filing agents offer the service of filing court documents and accept payment by credit card.
